The Cressi Gara Modular Carbon Camouflage Fins have a New Directional Carbon Blade to ensure the Thrust that only Composite Fibers can deliver. This Interchangeable Blade is very Lightweight and Reactive and also Well-Adapted for Advanced Free-Diving and Spear-Fishing. Thanks to its Specific and Exclusive design, it’s More Propulsive when Passing-Through the Leg-Kick, which gives an Optimum-Return of the Blade.

Product Features

  • The Gara Modular Carbon fins use the same foot pocket module as the standard modular fins but with a composite carbon fibre blade finished in a directional camouflage green.
  • The carbon fibre blade provides a stiff but lightweight blade for excellent propulsion for the advanced diver.
  • The modular design is also perfect for travelling, allowing the fins to be disassembled and packed into shorter travel bags and reassembled at the destination.
  • The foot pockets use a soft rubber around the foot and arch for comfort and a stiffer compound along the sides and traction pads for efficient power transfer.
  • The foot pocket also features an expansion zone on the top of the pocket that expands and contracts to allow the fins to be worn barefoot in warmer climates or with socks in cooler waters without the need to have a different size fin.

Great Deal First, these things are amazing in terms of fit, comfort, power, and what you get for your dollar. IMHP, Cressi has always had a superior foot pocket and these are the pinnacle of comfort. If you wear omer or captn memo and get blisters, throw them out and buy from cressi – I can go 8 hours up and down without any issues in these – even without socks. Do be aware that the scalloped tips will either arrive broken (both pairs I own had one petal broken on delivery) or will break. That said, it doesn’t really matter if they do break and let’s face it, there is no better deal for carbon fins and a (very nice) fin bag. If you’re offended by replacing your free diving fins every other year, don’t buy carbon of any sort – you’ll be disappointed. These fins don’t disappoint. I regularly spearfish (breath-hold) in 50-80′ and these work great – no fatigue.
